How to repair .net 3.5

Title says it all.  I have run dotnetfx setup verifier and it says my 3.5 has failed.  Log here is your interested http://pastebin.com/0n93PGWi

So, how do I repair it?

 Is this the tool you used? https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/kb/2698555


If so, it doesn't list Windows 10 as a supported operating system. Is there a reason you are trying to repair .NET 3.5?

?Uninstall/reinstall a fresh copy?

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
