Unauthorized connection

I have a problem with connecting a user .... that manages to connect from outside my network via the internet as administrator .... ..... .... in a network with Windows 2012 r2 standard .. ..and I did not realize how successful, as there are not programs that allow remote connection (like TeamViewer) I installed network firewall, antivirus up to date, operating system updates as ...... think may be a with cloud or trojan undetectable ... but how do you detect? Any suggestion is welcome .....
