i have one monitor on my desk and another one on the other end on my room besides my bed, what i want to do is i want to put a video on the monitor besides my bed and the sound thats coming from that screen going into my Bluetooth headphones and the sound from my primary monitor going to my main speakers so 2 people can do things at the same time

I think you're going to be out of luck as the programs would have to allow you to specify where the audio goes.
