I bought a dell inspiron 15 about a month ago that came with Windows 10 already installed. A couple weeks later,I installed a drawing software that I assume was what gave me the virus. Then earlier this week when I turned it on and unlocked it, it shows a black screen with a purple window that says something like "Product Key : Your Computer is suspected of malicious software, for verification purposes enter your product key". I can access command and task manager, but other than that, it won't let me do anything unless I have a product key, which is not on the package, on the computer, or in the battery pack. I finally found two lines to type in command and got two keys, but both didn't work. So I'm not sure what to do now

Can you access a browser via task manager? See post #4 in this thread.

Have you attempted to boot into Safe Mode With Networking? If you can do that I can show you what to do next.

Hope this will be enough to help you.
