Looking for a decent desktop to upgrade

Does it look like a decent computer to start upgrading, I dislike starting from the ground up, I like a decent base. I'm only looking to build a PC that can runolder steam games on min-med settings. Nothing fancy

You are planning to upgrade what parts? For that price, that is quite OK. Suitable upgrades: More memory, SSD drive, better graphics, better PSU.
