Another security update for IE11 (KB3154070)

I've already written about the previous update for IE11 (KB3148198) and installed it unwillingly:



But this month, there is another cumulative security update for IE11 with a size of 52MB again (KB3154070). Do I need it? I read the following topic and try to find out if I would really need it:



I still hesitate.
