Hi,

Are you using a on-board graphic card or an add-on card?

The problem manifest only when you access the UEFI? you can boot and work on windows without any problem?

The drivers don't matter when you are accessing the UEFI on boot because at that time only the hardware is involved.

My suspicions goes to memory or graphic card, it could be wrong settings for the memory for example or some incompatibility...

Did you assemble the machine? If not the machine is under warranty you should contact the store.

For Memory yes MemTest86 the free edition is ok.

I don't know of reliable software to test Graphic cards. You didn't answer my question if the Radeon is on-board or an add-on card?

If its a add-on card and the motherboard includes an on-board graphic card you should remove the Radeon to see if the problem accessing the UEFI goes away.

MSI uses two different names the MS-XXXX and the "product name" this one is actually on the image you posted H87-G41 PC Mate

According to the specification on the MSI website https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/H87-G41-PC-Mate.html#hero-specification it seems the motherboard include some on-board graphic card if its the case I suggest you try to remove the Radeon to confirm if you can access the UEFI correctly.

Ok i removed the radeon and still all problems exists
The biggest annoying problem its the problem of black screen after rest

Something that i look :
That the pc start ok there is a light on the reset button
And after reset that there is a black screen there is not light...

But in all ways the power button light

and the fans working

The graphic card is ruled out in my opinion.

Did you test the memory?
