i'm always SURE i'm posting in the wrong place...unless it's an HJT log! oh, well!

my windows media player has an interesting glitch: any film clips look as though they need to be sent off for developing (it just occurred to me that the younger set will have NO clue what i'm talking about! hell, I hardly remember!).

should i just remove, and then download it again?

thanx!

When you play the film, what do you see? If it is undeveloped (blank or black) do you get any error message from WMP? If there is "something" showing, what does it look like?
Cheers,
John

you can actually SEE that it's a clip...people, etc...but their colors are VERY bright..and ...'running' into each other..and everything is very fuzzy, besides. my son said it's like "the gamma on it is all messed up" (whatever THAT means...lol).
it's VERY strange, john...looks like it went for developing, and they screwed it all up...underdeveloped is the only word i can think of!

thanx for your interest!
