This is going to sound strange, but I've noticed that recently my computer display looks less sharp than it seemed to before -edges and lines seem jagged rather than sharp, like for example the ' google ' logo - am I just imagining this or is this something that can happen over time or through damage? I recently had to take apart my laptop partly for another reason, which involved unplugging the video card and antennae before reattaching them and removing the monitor display before putting it back but this was quite a while ago - is it possible  this could have damaged the display?

I may be wrong but I would not think so-you could double check and make sure everything is attached correctly and firmly. If it was quite a while ago and you've only just noticed, then to make sure you're not over thinking, try asking someone else for their opinion
