Your UEFI/BIOS (version F1) dates from 2013.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Only 6 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center.  This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.

NOTE:  these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive.  The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.

Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program.
Please note that I stated "video stuff", as some integrated processors may have the graphics chip built in (which may involve the chipset software).
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from http://www.amd.com (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLYhttp://www.sysnative.com/forums/showthread.php/668-ATI-video-cards-DRIVER-ONLY-installation-procedure

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install".  Reboot for changes to take affect.

Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's.  If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

The only BIOS update is a Beta version from 2014, I'm not sure if I want to update to that. I encountered another blue screen today whilst playing a game, I have included the Minidump file for what it's worth.

I have started running the driver verifier process too. Whilst the Driver Verifier was running I encountered another blue screen, although no minidump file was created, the error was 'Kernel_Security_Check_Failure'.

Please ensure that Driver Verifier is turned off.  Leaving it on will cause the system to continue to spit out BSOD's.

A lot of USB related stuff in the memory dumps.

Please disconnect ALL USB attached things from your system (except the mouse and keyboard)

If using a USB mouse and keyboard, attach them to a different port (if using the front ports, change to the back ports or vice versa.

Please notice the older drivers in the list below.  Those will need to be uninstalled (uninstall the program associated with them from Control Panel...Programs and Features) - or updated to known W10 compatible versions.
W10 was released on July 31 of 2015, the Threshold 2 update was released on November 15 of 2015.  Drivers older than this are suspect.  Of particular note is the DriverAgent64.sys driver - which dates from 2009 :(

Also, I'm starting to see a lot of BSOD's w/Razer drivers in them.  If removing the AMD Overdrive doesn't stop them, then try removing the Razer software.

If that doesn't fix it, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

I'm having trouble removing AMD OverDrive, I'm not sure if the guide is out of date or I just struggle with following directions, but it never seems to go away. I have had 2 BSOD's in the past 2 days although no dump file has been created, it was the error 'Bad_Pool_Caller', for what its worth.

There's a utility for it here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

There's instructions here:  http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/GPU57RemoveOldGraphicsDrivers.aspx

And there's a 3rd party removal tool here:  http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

If that doesn't remove it, post back and I'll give details on how to rip it out by the roots!

Thought it was finally fixed as I went for 3 days without a bluescreen.

I have included the files in the next post as I have received a lot more BSoD's since this post.

The BSoD's are a lot more frequent now, I have included the files into this post, some of these errors are completely new but no dump files were created for them... one was 'Memory_Management'.

I have also tried to run Memtest but all I could see was W and O's in the top left corner? I don't know what caused that...

Try Prime95's Blend test - it's also a good memory test (it tests different things from MemTest).

Did you run MemTest86 or MemTest86+

Did your system come with W8 or W10 pre-installed (I'm trying to figure if your system has a UEFI or a BIOS)?

If it's a UEFI system - then you must use the bootable version of MemTest86 - as MemTest86+ doesn't boot natively through UEFI.

There's 4 different memory dumps - this usually means that there's a hardware/compatibility/low-level driver issue.

There are USB traces and Razer traces in the dumps.  I'd suggest uninstalling the Razer software and physically removing the Razer device(s) from your system.

If this is a keyboard and/or mouse - I'd suggest using another keyboard and/or mouse temporarily to see if that stops the BSOD's.

If it does, then hook up the Razer device without it's software and try that.

If it still remains BSOD free, then try downloading a fresh copy of the latest, W10 compatible Razer drivers and see how that works.

Also, please update your Realtek network and audio drivers - solely because they date from before W10 was released.

I just noticed that you also have Steel Series drivers installed.  I wonder if they are conflicting with the Razer devices?

You can test this by uninstalling the Steel Series drivers and seeing if that affects the BSOD's or their frequency.

Arg4: ffffe001d18cde6f, Reserved
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.
Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object the driver calls a kernel routine
to increment the reference count of the object. When the driver is done with the
pointer the driver calls another kernel routine to decrement the reference count.
Drivers must match calls to the increment and decrement routines. This bugcheck
can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still
open handles to the object, in which case the fourth parameter indicates the number
of opened handles. It may also occur when the object?s reference count drops below zero
whether or not there are open handles to the object, and in that case the fourth parameter
contains the actual value of the pointer references count.

My system came with WIndows 7 pre-installed, I got the free upgrade to Windows 10 a month ago though. I have BIOS, not UEFI. I have a Razer Keyboard, and do not have another keyboard laying around, but I have uninstalled the Razer software. I have a SteelSeries mouse, but since I uninstalled the Razer software is it OK to keep the SteelSeries software installed? I'll try out the Prime95 Blend Test now, and will update the Audio + Network drivers too.

If the system still has problems, uninstall the Steel Series stuff (but I don't think it'll be a part of the problem as you've removed the Razer drivers).
