After adding a new user to my WindowsXP Home computer, I tried to login as the new user. I now receive may popup windows reporting application errors. ccApp.exe is just one of them. I changed the new user from limited to administrator, still I get the errors.

I checked symantec web site, they are useless.

Has anyone else seen this? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

ccApp.exe is a file associated with Norton.
First run Symantec's Automated Support Assistant to see if it resolves the issue.
Did you look at This Symantec Article in your initial search?
For all the time it takes,it wouldn't hurt to do a scan with one of the Spyware/Adware scanning tools such as Ad-Aware,Spybot or ewido. I use Norton and know for a fact it doesn't find everything.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
