Temperature too high

Hi community

The CPUID HW Monitor indicates the following

 

Hardware monitor        ACPI
    Temperature 0        95°C (203°F) [0xE62] (TZ01)

 

and the fan is running with full speed,making a lot of noise.

 

My system is Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack1 64bit, Laptop is HP Pavilion g7 Notebook PC, AV Avira Internet Security.

 

I had BSOD's which I've posted under

Can anybody please help me?

I will try one response:  I've added usb-connected/powered external cooling assemblies [one giant fan or twin fans is enough] to both of my laptops, even though only one of the two's proc area was getting hot.  The other was quite warm, but not hot.
