Does this mean it can only be burnedto a cd/dvd or can I burn that to a thumb drive as well?

I need to make it bootable with either one I need to use.

You will have downloaded an .iso

 

You can make this bootable on either a cd or a usb thumb drive....your choice

It's the same as with the mint iso's you've been using, they are just trying to confuse us with the CD moniker lol.

If you are burning it to a USB from Windows, make sure to use the proper burning tool.

Sine I no longer have windows kinda of a moot point I would think.

Know the feeling Scatheyes.

Successfully burned the iso lubunto to the thumb drive and it boots ok.  However I had a little problem shutting it down.

Took almost an hour to get online [would not accept my login password for my modem/router] altho that may not have been a lubunto issue and get the clock set to the right time zone.  By default it is always set for some country in Africa.lol

 

Other problems I will mention later time for chemo gotta go.
