I have been having this problem for a while, and don't know how to fix it.  Recently, the volume output on my computer has started to be really quiet, for no reason.  I've tested headphones and speakers, and have determined that they were fine, so it must be the computer.  I have also checked the volume mixer, and Sound Blaster control panel, and everything is at 100% volume.  What can help fix my problem?

I presume that you have already checked the device manager to ensure that there were no errors. Drivers were already checked?  I only ask because i didn't see that in the list of checks.

I believe this is the manufacturers site for updates.
