How do I enable XMP on a ECS H61H2-M2 Motherboard?

It's under the CPU over clocking configuration menu. Also on page 50 of the user manual. Found Here

 What Make and model is your memory? Does your memory support XMP? You may need a bios update. Visit this page and select the correct processor type then download the latest Bios and EVOII update for your board model number H61H2-M2 V:1.0.

It seems like my motherboard just doesn't support xmp.. oh well thanks for your help :D
