Hi yoagaash
Raze Spyware is a rogue Anti-Spyware program, see Here for more information.
The first thing to do is see if you can uninstall it from Add or Remove.
Click on start, settings, control panel and double-click on Add or Remove Programs. From within Add or Remove Programs uninstall the following ...if it exists:
Raze Spyware

Then
Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then delete this folder (Do not be concerned if it does not exist)
C:\Program Files\Raze Spyware
Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode

See if this helps, if not come back and let us know.
