So i have a Laptop running Windows 10 and want to keep the windows 10 on the internal HDD but i also have a 1TB External hard drive that if possible I was hoping to install a Mac OSx onto and then be able to boot from an external hard drive without losing all my files on my laptop (Windows 10) or having to replace the current OS with the Mac OS, so is this possible? To be able to boot into the MAC OS from an external hard drive without affecting my current files on my Windows Install?

Thanks

Mac OS X can be emulated on a Windows pc using third party programs.
Instructions are available on this site: http://archive.oreilly.com/pub/a/windows/archive/PearPC.html

I may be wrong, but I think that the EULA for OS X forbids installing it on non-Apple hardware.

As such, it'd be "hacked" and we can't discuss it here (forum rules).

You can get more info on the Mac OS forums here:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/172/mac-os/

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
