So I was in a sleepy daze this morning, and tried plugging my phone into the computer. What I did instead was try to put the small end of the micro USB cable into the USB port. The computer immediately powered down and now I can't fire it up again. Have I short circuited it? Is there a fix I can do myself? I'm Comfortable enough to open my computer and install/change hardware, as long as I know what I'm doing.
