A part of my problem started last night and it has occurred ever since. I restarted my computer and when it reaches the Windows User Account selection screen, I keep getting these 2 pop-ups:

First pop-up,
Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible causes of this error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile. If this problem persists, contact your netowrk administrator.

Second pop-up,
Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.

Each pop-up has a 30 second timer before it advances to the next screen with the only option of clicking 'OK'.

I'm very confused and unsure to why this has occurred. Any help/ideas are appreciated.
