Bluetooth isn't showing up in the device manager

I got a new wireless controller and I need to activate bluetooth . However bluetooth doesn't even show up in device manager .
I've been trying to search a solution but windows solutions didn't help at all .

btw :
windows is updated 
bluetooth service is on "automatic"

I tried to download intel's bluetooth driver

Are you sure your computer has Bluetooth?  What is the make and model of your computer?

What do you mean by "wireless controller"?  Do you mean a wireless PCI express adapter?  What is the make and model?

I dont know how to check it . What I wrote is the only thing I see under network adapters in the device manager

Okay, do as follows:

 

1.  Click the Start button.

2.  Type View Network Connections and press Enter.  A windows similar to the following will appear...

3.  Right-click on Wi-Fi and select Properties from the context menu.  A Wi-Fi Properties window similar to the following will appear...

4.  Take a screenshot of the Wi-Fi Properties window and post it in your next reply.  Follow this tutorial if you don't know how to post an image.

Sorry, it looks like your computer does not have Bluetooth.  And once again, the image you posted is the properties of you Ethernet or wired connection.

Sorry, it looks like your computer does not have Bluetooth.  And once again, the image you posted is the properties of you Ethernet or wired connection.

Because im connected with a cable . im not using wireless network

Okay, here's another question - do you have something that say Wi-Fi similar to the one shown in the following screenshot?
