Hi all,

This is my first time on bleeping computer forums so please forgive me if I don't post all the needed information.

Basically, before my 4 week holiday, everything was working fine. I could connect to any game servers such as CSGO, Steam, Agar.io, LOL etc... The day I came home, turned my router on and loaded up my games, It either took very long or many tries to connect, or it couldn't connect to the servers, and by very long I mean around 5 minutes instead of the usual few seconds... I have tried changing my DNS to ones like GoogleDNS etc.. in both the Control Panel as well as in my router/gateway with no luck. Tried changing the IP to static in both router and control panel with no luck. I tried factory resetting my router with no luck. I tried calling Telstra technical support and apparently they weren't trained to deal with my problem but they offered me some bullbleep professional help for $400...

I have posted this on reddit and Telstra Crowd Support with no help and please BleepingComputer, you are my only hope of solving this networking error. I have tried ipconfig/renew/flushdns etc.. no luck. I do not have any ports blocked but I have forwarded the ports 1500-1525 for agar.io but that did not do anything. I do have logs of tracerts and telnets and consoles saved for the game Agar.io because thats the only game I could find i.p's for lol but I will post them in the comments or attach them if somebody is actually willing to help me unlike the people on Reddit or Crowdsupport.

I have talked with my friends who live less than 5 km's from me and they say their Agar.io is fine. I am now using the factory default setting for my router and auto settings for the adapters in Control Panel, save the port forwarding for Agar.io. Last time I had this problem with Optus and I had to actually change ISP's to Telstra to fix this problem holy crap. The reason I'm only trying to fix agar.io is because in my mind thats the easiest thing to fix since its a browser game, and console helps alot. I also think that if I fix the connection errors with one game, every other game will be connectable because I think they are all caused by the same thing because they all went down at the same time.

Another thing to note is that Agar.io changed their server ports to 1500 from 443 sometime during the 4 weeks I was away, but that doesn't explain why I can't connect to the other games...

Logs:

Netstat - http://pastebin.com/wen86S2G

Agar.io Consoles - http://pastebin.com/b8DQsZVShttp://pastebin.com/f9RxQipB

Telnet of all the servers from the consoles: http://pastebin.com/svFKqU0b

Tracert of all the servers from the consoles: http://pastebin.com/ZzgVb52E

Edit: I found another agar.io spin off and from what I can see in the console, I can connect to Port 443 and Port 80 but any other ports take very long or I can't connect to. Also, my ISP says that they don't block anything, but I can access agar.io on public wifi networks, so it couldn't be a client sided error? My router is also on factory reset settings.

Logs:

Agar.io Spinoff Console: http://pastebin.com/7q0tWzpV

Telnet: http://pastebin.com/4UNdZ2Hp

Tracert: http://pastebin.com/e7tRecUe

Also, I know nothing about how the internet works or computers, if I didn't write about it, I probably don't know how to do it, so please, if you are going to help me, include instructions.

Thank you so much to whoever reads or tries to help me in some way, I am grateful and I appreciate your patience.

Cheers,

James
