Hello all i have a tp link tl-wa5210g.I use the antenna to connect to my brother's router living in the end of the street.What i want to accomplish is to have wireless signal to my house.What can i do?can i connect the antenna to a router and give wireless to my house??thanks in advance for your help.

Unless your brother has a Business class account,  Connection sharing on his account or it is allowed in his ISP's contract. I believe this is illegal and we can't help you violate his service agreement. If I am incorrect I can post some options for you.
