how do I do a factory reset.

I have a hp 15 laptop how do you do a factory reset if you don't have the login,start up password, or reset disk.I cannot access my laptop

This looks like the User Guide for your computer.  Go to chapter 11 Backing up, restoring, and recovering, Recovering using HP Recovery Manager.

On an HP you tap F11 as the system starts in order to get to the recovery stuff.

You can also tap Esc - and then it'll let you tap F11 after the Esc screen loads

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
