i cant figure out why my pc is running 40 percent plus of my cpu its tid is 3248 and it only says 0x0 i dont know if its important but my only option is killing it and i want to know if its safe to kill it i tried suspending it but it said it wont open for me says cannot access thread file location not found yet its taking 44 plus percent highest i ever saw it was like 70 to 80 percent at a very fast rate and mypc is so slow cause of it its almost at a stand still i also have the other half of slow is  idle something  nearly a constat 90 percent of it is those 2 proccesses  last 10 percent i be lucky to run under it i cant even watch videos  properly cause it pauses for a moment then resumes and makes my videos glitchy im running a supperior graphics card of dell inspiron 1545 it allowed split screen cloneing extending and other nice features so i know my graphics are good so its got to be the fact that speed is super slow due to the high cpu and on top of that it was before i updated to sp2 vista it was my last update after a couple hours of updating files from microsoft needed since 2008 im running sp 2 now and since then its so slow its unreal to look at 1 file on my computer takes like anywhere from a few seconds (when my pc is happy) to like 3 minutes(when it wants to act up and be super slow) i can do any info req needed to get a precise answer i just need it to work again and before the update for being 8 years old it was running faster then most windows 7 computers can and its capabile of windows 10 64 bit but im short on funds so this is the best i can do

thats all i can thing of saying sorry for the long winded question new to forums started other forums on other sites for gaming and i need a good pointer on starting a forum thread ill learn later but i need help with my pc :/

Can you give a screenshot of Task Manager when these two processes taking up your CPU are present?

It refuses to run on those IOS's because the earlier versions of cIOScorp scooped out your Wii's innards and turned them into delicious Scrambled IOS Breakfast, which confused the crap out of their installer and gave TT all sorts of bizarre errors to scratch their heads over.

Is Bluestacks set to run on startup? If so, please disable anything related to Bluestacks on startup and reboot to see if that's the issue.

yes it runs on start up but idk how to set it to manual theres 4 services 2 manual and 2 automatics tho i downloaded this after the computer hit rock bottom slow the real pieces are idle and svchost(svcnet) but i will try anything could it be due to a failing harddrive though? cause i been hearing things about slow pc and glitchy screens cause at rare ocasions of high cpu it will glitch near the bottom  and on a worse case the whole screen would look like a tv in the 80s when there was no cable in it

so idk what the real cause is all i know is when i updated my pc to vista sp 2 it crapped out its speed and i got bluestacks about 3 days after

What happens if you boot into Safe Mode?

I can but I have no idea why I would besides to delete malicious viruses which I ave scanned for and no viruses were found I used like 5 or 6 pf them that I got from bleeping computer I think for the matter it maybe I didnt do it right in the specified order but I did all of them I also had a few does errors which maybe a problem and I used reimage and theres a lot of bad files so it says and would replace them for like 10 or 30 bucks I cant remeber nor can I afford it unless it was free :/

I do want to know if my pc would be fixed if I upgrade to windows 10 cause I was planning to friday but dont know if it would make a difference in the end gonna cost me about the same as buying a new windows 10 but I want the same things I have on my current pc with its daul screen and 3 gb of ram its a dell I saw they had a sale of for 179.99 and its gonna cost me roughly 220 bucks to rplace hard drive and upgrade to win 10 so is it worth fixing?

Reimage is a Unwanted Program - Malware

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/609973/reimage-repair-x64-system-optimization-performance-utility-good-bad/?hl=%2Breimage#entry3990622

With your High CPU , i think it may be related to Windows Updates

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/611902/high-cpu-usage-svchostexe-netsvcs-seems-to-be-the-problem/#entry3985257

Upgrading to Win10 will not fix the issue , your first step would be to clean this PC up and sort out the high CPU and the cause.

A clean install of Win 10 may help if that is the direction you wish to go , but ensure you Backup personal Files etc.

I would at the moment PM a Moderator to move the Post to "Malware Removal" and then wait until someone assists you in the process that is required.

Win 10 should be ok , depending on your hardware configuration eg: drivers etc.

I would still at least wait for a Mod to either move the Thread to " Malware Removal" and attempt to clean your PC via an Expert and instructions.

The choice is up to you ? , at least try to fix it first with Expert help , i am not allowed to assist you in that field.

I thank u for ur help guys but I messed up my pc by trying to Install vista ultimate and tried to use a key found online and turns uut dont , atter what I do I downloaded something and it ran slow again before I did it was normal running at 0 cpu to 10 being ax and after I did the instal it ran 80 to 100 so ima buys windws 10 at the local store and if I still get the issue ima just drop it in the trash and buy a wind do ws 8 or somethin online used sorry t bother u for help and wasted ur time

Also I didnt have an official product key so it had 30 days not a life time and tred to use a product key generator sothat may have been the reasoning for the slow down cause it added a crap load of things to it that were not entioned in the install npt a big deal tho cause at any rate I was gonna do windows 10 anyway but on the bright side I fpund out the hardrive wasnt the reason it was so slow I assume it was indeed a bad file of some sort

Yeah, those keygens are riddled with malware.
