The problem is,

I am trying to open a .80 because it's a bios update file and I want to change the splashscreen. But I can't seem to find a program to open it :( And its a old Asrock motherboard so it's needed to be updated via Floppy. So does anyone knows how to do that? (BTW: I don't have a floppy drive!)

Does ASRock use AWARD BIOS? If so, this tool may be worth a try:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/awdbedit/

just ran it and its associated DLLs past virustotal, nothing suspicious showed up.

Thanks ScathEnfys! Just what I needed! Sorry for the very very late response but was gone for a while but really thanks! :)
