OS Windows 10

64 Bit Home

Windows 8

OEM

1.5 years old.

about 1 month old since upgrade to Windows 10.

Used HP Update and Windows Update only to install drivers and OS

AMD A8-6410

AMD  Radeon R7 M260

Laptop

HP Paviion 17 Notebook PC

Model J7V93AV#ABA

I was able to run the SysNativeFileCollection but, Perfmon /Report does not produce a report it just says collecting Data for 60 seconds... for endless minutes.

It has been into HP Repair on 2 separate occasions.  Once for a bad screen and a second time for bad power supply and motherboard replacement.

I am at my wits end with this computer and if it is possible to get it working correctly I would appreciate the help.

Hi bdbf & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

You said that you were able to run the SysnativeFileCollection App fine. Once the application performs it's job, it generates a ZIP file in the Documents library of the user on system. Could you please upload that ZIP file with your next post so that I could analyze (I need the dump files inside it! ) the problem and help you arrive at a solution :)
