Hi

You have Messenger Plus installed. This program installed LOP.com adware on your computer. I would advise that you remove Messenger Plus installed from Add\Remove Programs.

REBOOT and post a new log.
Everyday is virus day. Do you know where your recovery CDs are ?
Did you create them yet ?
