What is the make and model of the router you are using?

Press the Windows key windowskey_zps092d5c75.png and the X key together.

In the menu that opens select Command Prompt (Admin).

When the command prompt opens copy and paste the command below, then press Enter.

netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

Hi had a laptop that couldnt connect to internet, i could see the wifi networksd an when i put in the password it wouldnt connect, so i tried an Ethernet cable it said it was connected but i could not open a webpage, i went into adapter settings in IPV4 and obtain an ip address automatically was ticked but under DNS it was manually enter and 129.129.129.129 selected, so i changed it too automatically but it keeps switching back too 129 this is the case for both LAN and WIFI, any ideas?
