I cant remove a trojan express downloader from my cd rom

I cant delete the trojan from my dvd drive mawarebytes detected it and deleted it but its still not deleted from my system i was mannualy uninstalling and it said cannot remove file running on system what do i do and it slows my pc down  the file name is serial_virus_bursters_6.3virusbursters-6.3_virusbursters_6.3_virusbursters_6.3.iso and 


 (ssry 4 my english)  :killcomp:  :smash:
