Its very hard to understand what the issue is. Maybe post a screenshot of the problems you're seeing?

That seems like a very strange issue. Maybe one of your mouse buttons is broken? It looks like Windows is recognizing the mouse movements but if you can't click anything then that might be it.

After watching that GIF a few more times it looks like you might also have some strange issue with touch-screen. Is your computer an All-in-One or a tablet of some sort?

my mouse is ok

it'll work everywhere but task bar

and on the other hand

i also use trackpad , and touchsecreen and even keyboard .. they cant be all damaged at the same time..

yes my computer (laptop) has touch screen

as i told i had the very same trouble with my tablet (serface3 pro)  and some body fix it and told me that was a virus..

now i have this kinda bleep again , and this time i have my laptop ruined and i cant find any way..

i dont think that , that is the problem with touch screen , cause that will work every where without any issue..

a hint (both of the victims , had-have windows 10th)

Yeah I mean you can try running a virus scanner like Malwarebytes. If that doesn't find anything then I don't know what else to tell you except to reinstall Windows

Please read the pinned topics at the top of the forum for instructions on how to post here.

I'm not a malware expert, but at work we usually end up "fixing" these by creating a new profile - and then copying the data over from the old profile to the new profile.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
