Hi all,

just wondering, you can easily hide any file withing other files like picture or what ever. Now let's say you have a rat, you can: copy /b image.jpg rat.exe image2.jpg

This will hide the exe file within the image2.jpg, but it's useless as you cannot run the exe file while opening the image. There should be a way to create an image file and when opening this image, the exe will run too.

Any ideas ?

I have merged your topics, and considering the most likely purpose I can see for a technique like this is potentially malicious, I'm closing this topic pending review.
