Dear all,

my company is closing and I want to keep all my emails that are stored on the office 365 server. I have created a new pst file in my outlook and when ready I can move all my folders in my ost file to the new pst file. My question is how do I ensure that all me emails are deleted from the server.

thanks for any help you can give!
