Keybase.io is a site that used to verify identities of people, share one's PGP Public Key, and generate encrypted messages to share with other users. Although it's in early, semi-closed testing, I have yet to notice bugs.
I'm posting about this because I have been given five (5) invites that can be sent to anyone who is interested in this sort of service. If you are interested, contact me via Private Message. (Note: I do not have invite codes I can simply give out. I will need an email to enter into the invite box. If you are not comfortable with divulging this information, or you are not legally able to do so, don't bother PMing me.)
Some example user pages:
/chris (Chris Coyne, one of the founders of keybase)
/gld1982ltd (Gary DeLaney, a friend of mine from another forum who invited me to keybase)
