I have windows 7 on my pc all programs when I try to open like word internet explorer at once it says (Not responding) and in safe mode every thing runs smoothly

I have the same problem, I'm wondering if you and I have set our security and/or monitoring utilities a little too assertively.  What security and/or monitoring programs do you have running in the background?  I have been dialing back on my computers, and the not-responding has been a lot less.

I have one and only Microsoft Security Essentials running on my pc with that I scan time to time but have no success

I forgot to mention earlier:  I have ccenhancer set to automatically run ccleaner at every coldpost/boot and restart.

What ccleaner does:  delete all cache files from all three browsers; nothing else but cache files.

That  helped my firefox, chrome, IE to launch more quickly and efficiently.

If a computer runs fast and sweet in safe mode ( which only loads a limited set of components) but becomes unresponsive in normal mode (where the full sets are loaded, then the finger of suspicion is pointing at something that is loading in normal mode but not in safe mode.

To help identify initially the culprit, you can use MSCONFIG (startup) and disable half the components, reboot and see if the problem is solved... if it is then the problem lies in one or more of the disabled components, so by an iterative process it's easy (but time consuming) to zero in on the miscreant...

It's time consuming because it's necessary to reboot each time...

Boot into safe mode with networking...and post the following, please.

 

1.  Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
2.  Please download and install Speccy to provide us with information about your computer.  Clicking on this link will automatically initiate the download.  
 
When Speccy opens you will see a screen similar to the one below.

Click on File which is outlined in red in the screen above, and then click on Publish Snapshot.
 
The following screen will appear, click on Yes.

The majority of your application errors above...are harmless, but there is a fix.  See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2545227 .

 

Your IE hang error...well, it's not unusual for a browser/program to hang, so I would ignore that, for the moment.

 

I believe there is a more current update available for Java...if so, I suggest you install it or remove Java from your system.

 

Questionable startup item reflected:  Go_Palikan, which is flagged by some as malware.

 

Not sure about hard drive status...I would download/run the following named tool and follow the guidance provided by Alexstrasza:  GSmart Hard Drive Test, Alexstrasza - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/565216/laptop-running-slow-tried-many-things-and-unreadable-files/?p=3613590 .

 

Based on system errors reflected and a look at installed programs, I am moving topic to Am I Infected forum for a malware check.

Hi Louis

I was unable to find my topic in forum am I infected however I an not sure if gsmart drive result I have saved would be of any help I am attaching herewith for you to preview again it's a txt file and I am unable to paste it here I will try again
