Can anyone help me?

I downloaded windows 10 today, and the sound has been messed up ever since. My computer literally echoes any noice made by me or my surroundings, and when I watch a video the sound is just messed up, like the levels of the music and speaking in the video are messed up and sound tinny and odd.

How do I fix the stupid sound?!?

Sound echoing? Do you have a microphone? Do you have any software that's installed by an audio driver, rather than the default Windows Audio, like Realtek or VIA HD Audio Manager?
