Hello, I carelessly downloaded a bad torrent file which gave my computer couple of problems. I ran malwarebytes couple of times and also did a full system scan with windows defender and they removed lots of infected files. Now both of them aren't showing any malwares on their scans but I want to be sure that my computer is clean. I am attaching the two requested logs and appreciate any help you guys give me. Thank you!

I should tell you that last night I got a little impatient and ended up refreshing my windows in hopes that the problem would go away. It reinstalled the window and removed all the installed programs but I kept my files. I proceeded with your steps anyway because my pc is still acting odd. The two requested logs are attached.
