Problem W/ Printer

Can you further explain your problem? Can you tell us, for example, when the problem is occuring in the process of installing a printer, and do you get any error messages?

Go to Add/Remove Programs and Delete the Printer Software that came with it. Typically printers dont have a 'plug and play' feature, so you should have gotten a CD with firmware for the printer to communicate with the computer. Uninstall it then reinstall it.
