Malware disabled my start menu.

Let a relative borrow my pc and they somehow gave me a malware, which i removed, it disabled the start menu to where clicking on it does nothing, nor does pressing the windows key on my keyboard, Any suggestions?

Try this.

 

Open Task Manager - right click on "Windows Explorer", and then choose "restart".

 

If that doesnt work,

Not necessarily malware.

I've seen this happen before with Win 10

Just a buggy OS

There's a fix for it. Just Google it.
