Several problems since loading Tom Tom Home

Windows start not working restart and we will try to fix..doesn't work
Windows backup sign up pane appears and can't be deleted
Kaspersky having problems with pmropn.exe and pmls64.dll files about 15 of them.

Yesterday failed to load properly Tom Tom home and commensed to uninstall it.

With the backup pane in the middle of the screen can't really work on this computer.

Windows 10 on Dell laptop

1. How to get rid of the pane first!
2. Then what to do!
