Modem Pace 4111N not connect wireless Printer HP 3052 J611

Problem new AT&T Modem Pace 4111N. Attempted to use Wireless Printer HP 3052 J611 Series. Printer would not print.

Checked printer attempted to turn wireless from off to on on it's mini screen tools. It changes self back to Off.

Uninstalled Printer from Laptop.

Re-installed, wireless connection Failed

Hooked laptop USB to Printer. Attempt to connect: Failed several times.

Hooked Ethernet cord to Laptop, USB to Printer. Failed

Reset Printer to default settings. Repeated above to connect: Failed

Printer said change Modem MAC settings. Numbers were added. Connection Failed


Before give up any direction, advice and/or assistance will be very much appreciated.
