Problems installing downloads in Vista

I can go to the page Adobe and download it but can't install when I click it. Hopes this helps!

In recent days I get this behaviour too. Especially with Flash Player Installer or some other files. Did you ever try that?: File-->Right Click-->Disable blocking or Unblock (or something like this. Cannot exactly say what it is because my OS is non-english).
