QoS can be quite hit and miss, what speeds do you get from your ISP? Are there others using your internet connection at the same times as yourself?
QoS will have a little impact if you get high speeds and if there is nobody else doing heavy bandwidth tasks.
I've had negative experiences with QoS as it halves my download and upload speeds even when nobody else is using the Internet.

However, if you wish to go ahead with it to give it a try I'm happy to assist you.
