Huge Virused Computer

My friend Michael...well..is an idiot...i went to his house last night and found 16 viruses on his computer...including 2 dialers, W32.zolob, mydoom, and mywife...some adware, and malware...ive managed to clear all of it...except for 2...spquake and spyfalcon....spyquake is basically removed...ive removed everything except for the registry keys as i dont wanna touch em cuz im not a professional...its outta the system...uninstalled, all files deleted by nortn just a stupid registry key...and spyfalcon...no idea at all...that thing is crazy...norton doesent even pick it up.. nothing does...not in program files..or in add/remove programs..

Any help would be appreciated..

BC has a useful self-help removal guide for Spyfalcon and one for Spyquake; you may follow the steps these provide to remove both. Search for them by name here:

(i dont think he deserves to be helped cuz i just found out he got 2 more viruses...i tell him NOT to download anything but he doesent listen.. but w/e)
