Hi, my son lives in the Philippines and I live in the UK. He has very slow unreliable WIFI and wants to update from Windows 8 to Windows 10.
Now, is it possible for me to download the the Windows 10 update files on to a DVD disc using my own Windows 7 computer for him, which he could then use to install and activate Windows 10 on his computer. Any advice or suggestions very welcome
Thanks ,Ron

Yes, it's possible.  Download the Windows 10 ISO here.  Make sure you download the right version.  Follow these instructions to burn the ISO to DVD.
