My dad plugged in another hard drive to my computer so that he could look at it, and then removed it promptly. Doing so renamed my windows drive from F: to E:. I have no idea what he did or how to fix it.

Most of the help on how to change the letter needs windows to be actually running, so I'm a little lost on what to do. I even tried running windows recovery, but it cannt find any windows to recover. Any sort of help would be lovely.

This problem seems to have slipped under the radar and was missed. Are you still having a problem?
