PC Won't power

the title sounds dumb i know but i enherited a MPC 365 clientpro and when I go to plu machine in power supply powers up but not fully like the fan on psu win start to spin but stop and won't let the machine fully power up

Something is overheating, or maybe something in your power supply is broken. Try getting a new power supply (the big fan thing that has the cord plugged into it).
