Hidden storage volumes in device manager

There are six storage volumes in device manager marked as "unknown device" without yellow icon when selecting "show hidden devices". Few weeks ago I replaced my HDD which had six partitions. Could they be related to these ones? Does it harm my system when I uninstall them in device manager?
