Freezing In Video Capture Wizard In Windows Movie Maker

ok i make movie all the time and every other program just isnt for me so I tryed Movie Maker and I loved it then one day when I was in the "Video Capture Wizard" and when it was supposed go to the video screen it just freezes and I have to turn the computer manually off. I re-booted it and tryed it again, No luck.

Ive tried everything to fix this problem heres what I did
Updated anti virus and anti spyware programs ran them in SAFE MODE and only TrueSword showed up in Spybot s&d. So then I made my computer faster by doing many thing and the computer did get faster but unfortunatly there was still the movie maker freezes.

Can anyone help me
