Hello,

Running Win 10 Laptop with Hitman Pro 3.7.13 build 258 (64-bit).

The scan shows two rollback.dll files as threats and three cookies (effectivemeasure.net; imrworldwide.com; and scorecardresearch.com) but fails to delete any of them.

Also, navigating to the folder where the cookies are located I find INetCookies, but now 'Low" folder.

I have five traces in all that should be deleted but are not being deleted.

I have attached the screenshot and log.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you,

shley

Below is the Log to the MBAM scan.

I am having a problem using Adw tool.  At first when I ran the program, it prompted me to download a more current version.  It took me to the webpage to do that and I downloaded that version.  Then, when I ran the program, I received an error.  Please see screenshot for description.  I will wait to do anything until you respond.

The computer seems to be running better.  The persistent cookies are now gone.  What did we do exactly?

I never used a youtube downloader.
Most free ones come with some Adware.

Google this string safe youtube downloaders If you decide on one then and after the installation.
Run the Malwarebytes and the Adwcleaner tools.
You should remove everthing that may be installed without your concent.

To the if the program .exe is save submit the xxx.exe to this search
