I'm trying to pin the "Windows Update" submenu (Under Update & Security") to the start menu, but whenever I try, the app crashes. Here are the two related error logs from Event Viewer: http://pastebin.com/ddKarezM

I'm running Insider Preview build 14316. Already tried sfc /scannow and DISM; both returned no errors.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
